Cross-platform command line utility to be used with SSH_ASKPASS, SUDO_ASKPASS, and GIT_ASKPASS environment variables.

The password is stored on the host in an encrypted file. The user scans a QR code displayed by ASKPASS with the QRS mobile app. ASKPASS then decrypts the password and sends it back to SSH, SUDO, or GIT.
